I have been on lobby for one month, Indy (TL or SH) is one of my favourite setting at EEc but I actually cannot play since nobody hosts this kind of game and when I host it myself nobody joins (I am from Europe so I am usually connected between 8 pm and 0 am GMT). Is there still any Indy players on lobby?

Many training videos, build orders or civ posts on this forum are about Indy. Thus, I suppose that Indy was often played before I join lobby. So, people who used to play Indy, why don't you play anymore?

Indy TL ain't dead btw. There are still people playing it but Sh is really really rarely seen here..
It died out and now grenwar is the main indy set. Unfortunately.

You don't see many Indy TL or SH games anymore because there isn't a true community left for those settings. Most of the people who play them are all-setts players and/or are more heavily involved in another setting. For the most part, Indy SH died when gren war came to be, and most old Indy TL players have taken up Liga.

I see a lot of Indi TL hosted with AoC in recent weeks. Sets come and go, keep trying, maybe you'll bring indi back.

Yeah on AoC when Joey(lobby name fanatik) is on some indy games happen he loves it.

Indy TL on AoC is completely different than on eec tho. But u could play Liga. If it gets to Indy its a bit like indy tl.

If I feel lucky I could try Liga... but the probability to get Indy is pretty low ...

Can you be more precise on the differences between AoC and EEc for indy TL (actually I have never played AoC)?

TL is 100% different on AoC. It will take quite awhile to pick up on it.

expansionish is invovled in indy tl, which almost makes it a whole new sett then indy tl on eec. but if u were good at indy on eec, u will adapt pretty quickly. doesnt quite work the other way round tho
