No Smurfs if you smurf you will lose all priviledges for further tournaments I can ip check to running netstat while in game to check connections to me for ip's. You do not have to be liga experts to participate just play, learn, and have fun. It will be best out of 3 for normal rounds then best out of 5 for final should make interesting matches I am going to get fraps running again and I will record the Matches that I am not playing. Anyone else that has fraps and would like to help record games for players please message me in lobby or on forums. I think that will be a great learning tool for new/training liga players
