Hi, releasing this program that was discovered by Tricky, repacked by me so you could get the pro version. This version will automatically open ports so you can host in EE/AoC, It automatically identifys your Router and Default Username/Password. I don't know if it's the program itself or my repack. But with the testers that tested it for me their router IP that the program identified did not match the right router ip. If that's the case with you open CMD (Windows 7: Go to start, in search box type cmd, then in cmd type ipconfig /all.) (Windows XP: Start, Run, CMD, ipconfig /all). Identify your default gateway IP, that's what it should say in the router ip in the program. Thanks to whoever tested it, you know who you are. (*Note: It is not my program. Credit goes to creator)

Here's the link.

Here are some pics, so you can do it right, although it's pretty straightforward. (They are in order so you don't get confused)
*No this program will not work with everyone, but I gurantee it should work with most, Unless your router is from a 3rd world router or a bootleg.

Huh? You dont have a router or wut? Do you have a 3rd world one or a bootleg? Did you try to open cmd and type ipconfig /all? Hmm unless your behind 2 routers. And for me when i start the program everything is identified right but when people tested it they kept getting errors and i found out it was because default gateway didnt match router ip in the program. Anyways i can help you a little more later

press the windows button + R to open "run", typ cmd and press enter.

As faith says, type ipconfig /all, you can also delete /all and just type ipconfig. This will also show your default gateway.

IDK why but for some odd reason I used to be able to host on EEC but not AoC when the real servers were up.

Are you sure AoC is allowed in the firewall? Best thing to do is turn off the firewall and see if it works.

If you always had both games open at the same time then that's why. If not, it was a software firewall issue (Windows Firewall or anything else you had installed)

Most if not almost all routers support UPnP, so it would be easy to just open the required ports once you launch the lobby. Then close them once the lobby is closed (pretty much how utorrent etc works).
