if this civ is meant to be a slow 4v4 civ, then i think if you can get some other unit to group speed your ca like catas, then that would make it far superior then normal ca imo.
civ points for speed on catas costss 3 points, if you take off cit hp, then you can get that speed.

hello power cav are a uber fail.
ur idea, just as big of fail, espessially since u refered it to 4v4. where u already have shit pop. and are trying to group spd with a fairly shit 4v4 combo., fact that ur group spding ca with cata would obviously make it more surpirior then just ca btw, kinda common sense right?

dude..... basicly whats wrong with my idea then ? this is a power civ, i just suggested the idea to combine catas with cavalry archers, which "you" your self agreed they make ca more powerful.
and you only need like 4 or 5 cataprach to group speed the ca with. i know the pop is shit in 4v4, but basiclly this civ becomes better if you get the group speed.

5 cata would make your 40 ca go at about 16.5 speed not really gaining much, speed>hp in every circumstances unless you are just crtl walking and seeing who wins lol

ur idea sucks because in a skilled 4v4 no1 is going to just have ca, infact most tough 4v4 games, ca eventually get replaced by persians bali and swords(unles knights are being used by them). ur points could b far more useful investing it in bali. or sword hp or spd.(not that i would invest it in swords)
hit n run even with bali and swords. will b quicker then ur army, if it isnt it will b the second there pers fuck up ur catas in 2 secs.
now agaisnt swords... well u may as well say gg, ur fucked, half ur game is hit n run and u aint gonna have the firepower to do the damge or the speed to hit often enough. u can have 1 but u need both speed and firepower.
tbh ur idea isnt that bad in theory, but its just not gonna work in a skilled game.
