Since playing swords and cav over and over again got lame.. i changed to X-/Longbows!

here mee civs:

1. Standard Wing Civ of mine:

Expansionism

Bows:
- Attack
- Btd
-Speed
-Range

Buildings:
-Cr
-Btd

+ 15% Gold

2. Pocket ( Only if ur wing doesnt need help so fast...need good boom for it)

Expansinism

Bows:
-Btd
-Range
-Speed

Siege:
-Range

Ballis:
-Atk
-Range

Buildings:
-Cr

15% Gold and population!

(Bows' pimp: 2x range, 2xspeed, 1xatk)


If u get towers up fast enough and add some houses its no problem to stop a rush with first civ.
start with one gold and 6 to food patch. build like 4 tcs + 2 archerys and then boom boom boom.
a farm is hardly needed. send the 800 food cits to wood and after that to second gold. then i would get a full stone mine and then as many gold mines as possible.


ppl may say: i get ballis and pwn u!
i say: i will micro the shit out of u with speed bows before ur ballis have 6+3

comment to pocket civ: mix siege, balllis, longbows and ofc xbows and enjoy the show..

i d like to mention that every comment like: "it wont work. i will own u easily! or ur civs sucks noob"..
will be politely ignored but answered with a big fat fuck u because i played like 30 games with it..and guess what? it worked..wing may have died...but idc. in the end i won -.-

Longbows are totally useless without PF & Flaming Arrows. Just my opinion.

civ 1 is good if u boom good!
the pocket civ is very risky i guess i always add sword speed+hp in my x bow civs so i can made this speed thing
and i have a counter for balis btw for the pocket civ pop cap cuz u need much ciits

only person ive seen pull off a decent lb/xbow civ was iggy. and that was sitll at the expense of his wing. might work these days, since ive heard pretty much any1 is top dog who plays midsh nowdays. but in a game no its worthless compared to the ca sword mix, the ca's speed is far to quick for u even to try and match it. so in a serious game speed on lbs xbows = fail. if this was a civ for fun, id might recomend a funner civ of dogs + xbows with speed. and group speeding them/ hit n run. ive had alot of fun beating good players sword slutting and the likes with this technique and is a challenge vs ca

u mention the 3 points:

1.the problem is..it works super good these days ._.
(although i have to admit i ve never seen the "old days")

2. serious game..of course i dont use them in a tourney..any other game is no serious game for me.

3.civ for fun: yea thats what it is since ee was created with no other purpose...giving the palyers fun

starting off with bows is never gonna win you a game unless you're playing some half-assed sword player that just sucks terribly. However against ca + ballis range, you're done in about f11 15. You want to mix ballis too? I promise the guy with the ca will knock yours out before you get 2 shots out.

x-bows can be realy good if u play good team game with pocket !
in 4vs4 i remember realy good games with my x bow civ with 1700 kills and 90 lost
u just need good team play ! and good towersetting
