how long does it take to deplete a gold/iron mine with 1, non-upgraded villager?
someone figure this out for me

Do it yourself.
Measure the base gathering rate for whatever age you desire (and on whatever variant you desire) to know this for, or just measure it for pre and convert it using your knowledge of tech upgrades to the age of interest.
You'll get something like (x resources) = (y minutes)
Then take
(Mine resources)*(y minutes)/(x resources) = total time to deplete mine with 1 citizen working and no travel time

Find out how much you've gathered in 30 seconds...
I gathered 87 iron with one citizen in 530 seconds (8:50 minutes)..
There is 300,000 iron in each iron mine.
87/530 = 300,000/X
X=1827586 seconds, or 30,459 minutes.. give or take a few minutes of course, due to round off error.
I used a pre citizen, with a pre settlement, on very fast and i believe tournament.
No mining bonuses, no civ, no anything.
