Ya, must say it's a little convenient that you didn't post the whispers of your blatant breech of the
Terms Of Use also.

This user engaged in a Whisper flame war with me and in the process of doing so,
1. spammed hard
2. Unparalled disrespecting of a Staff member.
3. spammed me a porn link
4. Threatened to crash the lobby.
Since I do know this lobby user and realize that this is of personal matter, i simply kicked him from the lobby with warning. He loged back on and continued these actions and in doing so prompted me to enforce punishment. I have no screen as it was not my intent to have this user muted or banned. Simply put, follow the T.O.U. as described and/or desist from any combative engagements with a Staff member.

Continue with any breech of the T.O.U. and a ban will be recommended..

Admin logs will verify the conversations.

To be honest, I wouldnt believe you that without screens cause I know gnarly well, too.

He would never send you a porn link. And arguing with you is not disrespecting staff member. Its not really the same. ( This rule is unnecessary anyways )

And I know Indica thats its really easy to get you angry. Since I left you never ever talked to me again and if I whisperd you to ask something, you didnt even whisper back.

I'd have to disagree with you custom, I don't think Indica would do this without any reasons and I think if he never talks to you, it's the reason you left without leaving a note, which is in my opinion disrespectfull.

But realy, without a reason I don't believe he would kick him, and because he knows gnarlatious he just only kicked him with warnings, other players would have been muted and/or banned.

I left a note, a BIG note, but Indica didnt read his whispers from before when he came back from a long afk time. Is that what he told u ? ah well...

im sure ghost or nola or omega will check logs to see whats happening so all chill and relax

Indica is a really good moderator and this is the first complaint against him so I really can't do more than warn him and that's what I did.
