Re: Standart & Poors Country ratings

Post by Fraktardo »

Well I'm sure glad the countries of Russia and China will "do well," with their shiny 'A' rating. I guess a country consists of the ruling autocrats, the millions (billions) of other people in there are really just a bunch of filler and white noise. As long as some one in the country makes a lot of money, and the army and police force are able to keep the people on the ground with a fork up their ass, things like human rights, or democracy don't really matter.

Also after WWII the victor nations (mostly US) actually GAVE money, lots of it, to the defeated nations and helped them back up on their feet. Mainly to make sure the government machines were well supplied enough that the insidious communist plague wouldn't take hold. We didn't do well "off them." Though the US economy was able to very well indirectly just because of the massive destruction which befell the other combatants. Not to mention already being a huge economy before the war and in control of a vast wealth of natural resources.

Secondly, the debt only began increasing to such drastic heights when it became fashionable to just slash taxes away left and right. As it turns out, countries actually need taxes to pay for shit. And if you can't pay for what you bought, you end up in debt. Who could have forseen this? (but good thing Bob Schittface, heir to 5 billions dollar company was able to get taxed at a lower rate and buy a new mansion.) This was not some inevitable flaw in the world order thing, merely the triumph of greed and self interest over the interests of nation and the majority of people.

Other than that, ya teaching people to think for themselves and stuff, very good idea. I approve.

I think manni is right, I want to be a full truth seeker! The end is already beginning; Norway is suffering a crisis in butter famine, reports of riots in Oslo... General unrest across the globe, people reporting strange shapes in the skies at night... inexplicable disspearances... government's being more secretive than ever, while officials have a general look of barely contained wild panic. This is it all right, the world is fucked!!
We need answers, we need them right now- share with us manni.

Who killed JFK, and sunk the Titanic? Who blew up 9/11, what planet are the Isreali's really from, What is the federal reserve planning by the destruction of America, how can I hide my guns from Obama?

HELP!

Bastions from Hell stand and be counted.
Your deeds bleed rivers of sorrow.
The unatural aroma of your existence
wafts plumes of putrid hate.

To dam the flow of love,
creating a void an abyss.
Shunning morals and logic,
blinded by black forces.

45 th cycle of 3600 years has arrived.
Returning the fog back to sanity.
Reversing the ominous cursed blackness.
To the truest form of light.

So happily i go about the day's
knowing that whatever ill concieved chaos
is mustered within the darkness can no longer
have effect. Fear is gone, lost forever.
Live as we were meant to llive.
Be who we were meant to be.

That was quiet obvious in my opinion.
