Error "Failed to initialize online system"

Hello,

my friend and me wanted to play EE:AOC online via NeoEE. For me, the log-in works well, but my friend is not able to log in because the status says "Failed to initialize online system". This seems to be an often occuring error to me, so is there any solution for it? The firewall should be no problem as he allowed EE:AOC.

This should be just a firewall problem.Make sure it has actually both boxes checked in the firewall for ee-aoc.exe
