How do I use custom images 4 Scenario/Campaign editor?

How do I use my Custom Image in my Scenario/Campaign edit?
I'm just talking about putting my own image to:
1. Splash on the campaign screen
2. Splash before the scenario starts
I can't seem to find info on this anywhere.
