EE - FPS problems (win10, AMD graphics, voodoo wrapper)

Hello,
I have some Problems to get EE working on newer Hardware and Win10. FPS have ranges from 10-140. Totally unplayable.
Serveral graphics settings i already tried but it seems there is no fix for this.
A solution could be using the voodoo wrapper from:
http://dege.freeweb.hu/
Games run much better in singleplayer. Having around 100 fps constantly.
But when i want to start the Multiplayer -> Loging Screen opens -> it always go back to desktop (not crashing) when moving the mouse or try clicking on login. Making it impossible to start the MP-Lobby. Anyone here maybe has a solution ?
