cannot load Save game (RIP in MP) and fps drops

Heyho, first thank you for your awesome work with NeoEE.
I have two issues I need your help with.
I cannot load my savegame in MP I always see the "RIP" Symbol and nothing happens when my friend joins the game.
I know I need port forwarding. But it seems like that my router/provider doesn't support that. The only option I have is "IPv6 Host exposure". I tried to open the Port there but it still doesn't work. We also tried to run a "LAN" game with "RadminVPN" but we can't even see each others game.
We can play together actually but we both have alot of fps drops when we select a unit or building or when something happens on the map.
We both have Windows 10
My provider is vodafone and I'm using vodafone station tg3442de as a router
Edit: I just read some things and it seems like that I don't have a public IPv4 address, only IPv6...
