firewall problem

hi my friends, my friends and me trying to play online. They know my IP Adress so normally they can reach my game room via ip. but when they try to join , it's not allowed and it says that due to firewall you cannot join room. it prevents your request. Do you know any thing to solve the problem. pls help me.

I recommend you guys get the community setup and host the game in the NeoEE lobby.
The host of the room needs to have portforwarded 33334-33336 on both TCP and UDP. This is done in the router settings. Again only the host needs to do this, so whoever of you and your friends are the most computer savvy should probably do this. If need help you can join the NeoEE discord and ask in the "support-help" channel and someone will help you out.
