If the name isn't in the lobby and they join your game, kick him. If you think that the person in your game is not the person in the lobby, ask them in the lobby what game they're in. Do some detective work yourself.

smurfing does everyone, cloning is another thing
but as ghost already said, u can check it urself like everyone else
