i played with my clanpartner and we said it's allowed to take a hex civ, ask him.
we made a rule, i play only with citz but i can make a hex civ, he can play with all unit, if he want.
we played this set more time, and i think when all players agree with this rules in my games then you can't bann me.

I do believe u, but since ilena has posted it, the mods are forced to do something about it. And using a hex civi is against the rule... even if your opponent agreed.

Findest du das schön bei anderen zuzuschaune ob sie cheaten?¿? Wenn sie es intern miteinander abgemacht haben, wenn dann müsste _defendoris-fanivitris_Dshingis Khan der direkt am spiel beteiliegt gewesen war es posten aber sicher nicht du, nur weil du zugeschaut hast.

yes sry, but be honest about what I wrote? We have it as promised and that's it, everyone agreed, and as you can be sure ned obs eingreiffen into play, whether hex or not, if it is settled in advance which one it should!
So and one more question.
Do you find the good in others zuzuschaune whether they cheat? ¿? If they have settled together internally, then when would-_defendoris fanivitris_Dshingis Khan was involved is located directly on the game it was post but surely not you, just because you watched.
Or what others think here in the forum?

1. mods DONT have to do anything about it. but they should.
2. Stupid thing to get yourself banned for.
3. next time u choose to use a hex civ game. clearly state it in lobby. and id even go to the mesures of getting a pic of it in lobby as well as locating urself to show the time, and the game u hosted.

Best way is not allowing any observers but only people you trust and you agreed with in your game.

If his clan mate knew he was using a hex civ and was ok with it I don't see this being a justifiable ban. You should have stated that it was a hex civ game in the title of the game, also next time don't allow observers that will rat you out. LoL

Im guessing it's somewhat the same for hex civs and other cheats... But I'd agree he doesn't seem like a one of those cheaters who attempt to hide their cheats in order to get advantage in normal games. A ban would probably make a loss for EE...

I agree with Nola. Cheating definitely happened, but the only parties possibly effected by it knew in advance and were perfectly fine with it. A ban isn't really justified.

Next time, I'd suggest going even further than simply stating explicitly that it's a cheat game in the title. Don't host the game through the lobby, make sure neither of you are connected to the lobby when you host/join the game, and put a password on the game so that only your friend can join. You're definitely not going to get banned for cheating in such a game, and since you won't have people you don't invite... The odds of anyone even reporting you are very low.
