Re: Windowed mode
Same question haha, seems impossible. Regular windowing programs dont work, alt tabbing doesnt work, resolution and registry changes dont do anything either. Anyone ever finds this i will be eternally grateful

Re: Windowed mode
That has been a topic for 10 years, I don't think you can run ee/aoc in window mode.

Re: Windowed mode
Yes you can, by running EE on a VM and that VM in window mode on host system.

Re: Windowed mode
EE can't and probably never will be able to run on a VM.

Re: Windowed mode
This shows that you've never used a VM before as 3D acceleration simply doesn't work!snupi wrote:Yes you can, by running EE on a VM and that VM in window mode on host system.
Oldspiece, if you're just having problems running EE on a 16:9 monitor, you should try to adjust your monitor to use the correct width-to-height-ratio. It is a monitor option though.

Re: Windowed mode
I used to run AOC in windowed mode a long while back.
there was an app that changed the screen dimensions and put it in a regular windows box.

You actually can run EE on VMWare with VMWare tools installed.

Re: Windowed mode
Sorry to sound like an idiot, but what is it actually called, searching for that doesn't yield any useful results.
