Where is this text file?

So I had to reinstall EE and I was able to find all my old lobby images and stuff and I copied my old WON folder into the new EE folder. But my text wasn't white before and it still is the default white. I can't remember where the text file was where you could edit the colors and stuff. Can somebody help with this p10x? Hurry the white is blinding my eyes!!!
