iExplorer Apps

iam real boring now deinstall so often many apps on my iExplorer (WinLoad ,Babylon etc),
i deinstalled but always 1 week later they on, so shit
ok, i work most with admin rights, but i needed often,
any button for forbitten install add-ons to iExplorer, sry
so many security updates from MS, but this is at moment a real problem
also i hate it in last year , every want intlall me a software-downloader, lol, u can have 100 on ur system when u not watch about it, so fuck, sry
this is the new wave on software
