Anti-Malware software problem

i have been using Malwarebytes Anti-Malware about 3 years and have never had a issue with it until now..every time i try to run a scan the program freezes after 5 mintues..this been going for the past week. ive unstall and then reinstall the problem still have the same issue..does anyone have any suggestions?

to my experience malware bytes ran like a flaw for years and an update past month made it 'aggresive' as in; it's showing too many popups and commanding around too much. It actually annoyed me and deinstalled it. (It also boots on windows start up, even tho you select - don't boot at windows start up -. Not sure what's happening with a ex-awesome Anti Malware software.
