What's wrong with the Save EE site?

Yesterday, the EE site looked like the attachment below, and later on yesterday, typing
http://www.save-ee.com or linking to it would give you an error that the site 'doesn't exist'.
I see it's working today, but why was it down yesterday?

I disabled the board for about... 3 minutes or so because I thought we might be moving the website within the hour, and you just happened to be online. Why people couldn't access it later in the day, I don't know.
BTW, this is not EE Discussion, quit posting shit not about the game EE itself in that forum. Topic moved.

General discussion is about EE....oh... I thought it was for General stuff, sorry.
What forum is the general discussions for anything?
And your moving the site, what does 'moving' mean, new domain?

There is no forum for "general discussions about anything".
All the forums have a description of what they're for. Before posting in once, it is helpful to read the description of it so you don't post in the wrong place.

If there is not a forum that covers your topic (ex: politics), it is therefore defined as "off-topic" and you post it in the Basement.
