Okay first off, I don't mean to offend anyone with this post, and this is just thought/opinion.

Now that is out of the way. Why do we have moderators that are on once a week, some even a month if they're lucky? Isn't it their job to moderate? I don't see how they can be effective if they're not online. I understand why Administrators don't need to be on, but I don't get how a Moderator can "moderate" while offline. Maybe we should change their rank to "privileged member" because that is the vibe I get from it.

Yea, we need lobby whores, moderators like pelie and usola who are there for the people, not for the game O_O. (just kidding, we need people who both lobby whore and play the game !)(and english..) ! .

the current situation is super ok..we dont need more mods for those thousands of users who are online at any time..

I don't think he's suggesting that we add more, but rather that we replace them.

I think we might start monitoring the amount of time that moderators log on maybe a weekly basis.

Honestly, there are too many moderators, seems like a large number of mods for such a small community, and a lot of them love to overuse their power.

Thats why the Mid Sh AoC community left. If anything the Mods/Admins are doing more to the hurt the game than to help it. Its like a government buracacy. lol.

Lightnessking and me were having an argument the other day back and forth, where he just resorted to cussing at me/flaming me left and right, none of it really made any sense. Anyway at the end he just goes "you're warned for taunting a moderator". Not only did I not taunt him in any way, but even if I did it was 100% both ways, I have the conversation screenshotted if any admins/mods would actually want to read it. It's kind of hard to explain but in the context he said that given what he was saying throughout the day, it was preposterous. It just seems absolutely ridiculous to give these immature kids power like that. Speaking of giving immature kids power...simple_faith...is he really going to continue being a mod? I mean he abuses his power in literally every way he possibly can, it doesn't even need to be mentioned. Mabye he should be a tech support moderator? Not just a regular community moderator. Just my input.

Dont need too, wheres the old mid community? They left souly because of admins and mods. Its pretty much a fact bro.
