Hexed Civs
I noticed you dident have hexed civs down in the cheating and banable offenses section. I just think it should since it be cheap to face a guy with like say +6 range in a gren war or x2 iron faster. If you understand what i mean.

Hex civs aren't enumerated as a glitch, because they're not a glitch.
They are however cheating. Read: "Cheating is defined as the use of any bannable glitch or any program that allows the user to gain unfair advantage (such as a trainer)."

Alright i just wanted to make sure since i realized when i was messing with a civ for a scen that it wasent in rules.
