Hide mod section

You should fix the permission masks of regular members so they cant even see the moderator section..pretty easy ghost, we can see what topic you guys are posting in and im sure if you want to do some secret mod only talk about a player...we wud all see

u have a point but i like seeing whats on discussion in the mod world, the big news atm is sexa i can only think what they are talking about, banning him, then the rest of co, yep definitely whats going down(i have connections).

I had the option to make it hide the topic name depending on permissions, but I was honestly just feeling lazy at the time and it wasn't a big deal.
