You made some errors.
First, in addition to a ton of speed, attack, and hit points on clubs, you might as well give them an insane amount of build time decrease and cost reduction upgrades, so you only need to make 1 barrack and so clubmen cost 1 food and 1 iron.
Second, for towers, you don't want a single cost and range value... Stick in range so your towers are 4+44 range, and so that they cost only 5 stone.
Third, why put citizen speed once? Put it a lot of times, so their clubmen can never touch your citizens, even if they manage to get past your 48 range towers. Put multiple building time decrease upgrades too, and of course cost reduction so many times your citizens cost 0 resources to create.
Fourth, put at least 3 of every mining bonus in there. Skip fishing though, because it's not like you need to make boats anyway -- your citizens are so speedy, and hunt so quickly, you can just overhunt all of the free animals on the map to get to copper.
Fifth, in the event you're absolutely horrible at EE and can't win until late ages, ensure you've got a trump card. Nuclear bombers that cost no resources to make, and have an INSANE amount of speed so that they cannot be stopped by fighters, anti-air, or tempest anti-matter storm should work. I'd suggest area damage too, but in the event you're bad enough to let the game last so long, the odds are your opponents would figure out how to get you to kill yourself with said massive area damage.
