range on swords seem so usefull to me.

Anyhow, this civ is terrible lol. No one is going to mix swords cav swords archers/xbows and siege. Unless you're nino but then i'd add knights and pilums too.

For the purpose of outbooming my opponent I use this civ:

I start 3 barracks+TC. I never full wall and I never use this against an expert.

full wall boomer:

Step 1: Get ~ 400 wood.

Step 2: build a siege factory out of sight and build siege towers.

Step 3: put swords in them.

Step 4: Attack preferably from 3 sides and destroy his eco.

Be sure to have 4 houses at your base, since if the wall boome ris smart he will launch a counter attack... If you're using a rush civ you should generally have more swords than the boomer. Use this at your advantage. (In other words, dont attack with too many swords, just cripple his economy and defend the counter attack.)

If he's not countering then repeat step 3 and 4.

The reason why people don't generally wall is because in the beginning the sword rush is so strong. His citizens trying to wall should be killed by your swords. He should also be in a lot of trouble on his iron mines in case he doesn't have towers there either.
What I guess is happening here is that you don't really rush, or if you do rally your swords you make them follow his swords back to your base, which gives him time to wall up. Don't give him that time. I can't stress this enough: First 6 to enemy base no matter what.

If you see enemy walling, send 9-12 swords. If not stay with the 6 and explore base.

If you see citz walking on places where they shouldn't, it means theyre going to build a wall and you should kill them.
Have the other 3-6 (out of 12) explore the base, while the other 3-6 explore the potiential wall areas.

Also since he's rushing you might want to get towers up early while also having enough iron to pump your swords, basically use all citizens except iron miners (and 1 or 2 who are luring hippo's) to build 1 tower at the time. Not spreading them over 3.
