Players cannot join game

Hello, I have updated my EE game and tried hosting a game and people who wish to join my game are getting this error "cannot connect to game". I used port forwarding and even updated the patch to omega msi, still i cant get players to join.

Ports must be still blocked somewhere maybe software firewall windows, anti virus.

It seems my isp is doing the blocking. Trinidads ISP sucks!
