Uninstall, delete all files/folders(recommend copying civs first tho), reinstall.

Follow the guidelines for requesting support, please. They are there for a reason, namely when you follow them it minimizes the amount of time required to solve your problem, and maximizes the chance for a successful solution to the problem.

Can't get it working with any of that info either, but I don't understand what he means in the last post when he got it working.
Also, I'm trying to play this on my EeePC which is way more powerful then the original computer I originally played EE on.
