To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

Windows 7 Ultimate.

Looks like you're not giving it full permissions. The updater is trying to run the client on completion. This is the last thing the updater runs, so everything should be finished and you should be able to run the client (LobbyClient.exe). To try fixing the error, make sure UAC or Windows Firewall (Action Center) isn't blocking anything or try "Run as Administrator."
