cant start EE

HI guys
When i start my EE he gives this fault error.

You didnt install the 1040 and 2000 Pacthes before the No CD-Key Crack

Well...I have got this problem and installing many times withouth succeed, is not only a problem of the order you install....btw you have to do it of course.
The problem also happends if you start lobby before the EE, you must start first EE and then lobby.
In spite of this, once you start EE, make a copy to replace directory Empire Earth if problem apears again.
Hope this helps, I have not found other way 2 go
