Black Screen error please help.

Hello, I`m new to this forum, and I just recieved this game from a friend (through USB transfer).

The game does start up, but only to show a grey bar at the bottom of the screen and plays a sound. After a few moments, the screen goes black and when I press a key, it gives me an error code.

I`ve checked all the solutions that seemed related to it, but it`s either I cannot understand them or they do not help. I`ve tried installing patches for this game, but that only messed with the game files and made it not work at all (Good I thing I have a backup on my USB)

May it be because of my rig or because it is a copy of a copy.

Also, I have windows 7 and directx11 (so it says)

Help would be much appreciated. This game seems great and I am excited to play this game!

ok ....

now after you remove the game and before you install the new . """""make sure you have the drivers installed in your videocard """" and updates if is the case or if you have a platform motherboard including video do the same and get install all for sure....
