Lobby Error Skin.cfg:76 & Master.cfg:11

I cant get rid of this bug here. Doenst matter waht i do, even de and re-install the game, tried the pathces, nothign is working and I get always the same, error message. Anybody ANY idea please? Or how to solve it?
I have the EE Gold, runnig on a x86! platform. The Laptop is tip top and with good hardware, i can paly the game in normal modus, its runnnig and all is fine. Just wehne I want multiplayer, this comes up.
