cannot host game

so Ive downloaded ee unlimited fallowed the directions in the read me or die.
opened my ports as in the directions and still cannot get my game to show in the save ee browser.
turned my windows firewall off turned my router firewall off and still I cannot get the game to show in the browser.

click options and select your network adaptor and do it on your ee options too then should show

I selected the network adapter in the lobby option tab and in game. still I cannot get it to show up =/.
I used the PFPortChecker and confirmed all ports were open.
