Save Empire Earth

Hi all,
I have installed the game on Win8 and somehow i did not noticed the regular problems what plenty forum is about.
However!
I have noticed a strange graphics meltdown in the whole game and that is the problem i wanna solve with your help.

quite terrible, not to mention the in-game phenomenon which is way worse that this.
I beg for help 'cause i'm addcted to this game

Try to downgrade your video card drivers. If possible, use an older GPU device. I fear there is not much you can do.

As far as i have a notebook, it is guite impossible to achieve an older GPU device but what exactly do u mean under downgrading driver?

i'm quite disappointed, that in theese technological developped times, i just cant have a simple old-rate game work on my notebook properly. im searching the web for 4 days and nothing useful. i tried many of tricks but failed one after another.
