Save Empire Earth

Hello
I am currently having a problem with Empire Earth and Empire Earth The Art of Conquest...
When i attempt to start empire earth it crashes,
Empire Earth (Without AOC)
I can't see the error message it gives, due to it being blocked up by the start up picture
Empire Earth (With AOC)
EE-AOC.exe Has stopped responding.

I am not sure as to what it causing this, it crashes before it can even get to the Splashpage (Or what ever you would call it)
I have installed it with the Automatic EE complete installer
I used the Setup guide on this site to help also.
I also added a No-CD crack from this site.
Oddly i couldn't install the updates for EE (without AOC)
I just moved on, i set up EE (with AOC) and then the EE online lobby
The lobby works completely fine so far
But like I said Empire Earth and The Age of Conquest stop responding on launch...

I really want to play Empire Earth, as i saw gameplay of it, and it seems awesome, Could anyone help me with my problem?
My OS is a windows 8

I got Empire Earth 2 Gold from GOG.com to work, so I don't know why Empire Earth 1 won't

Try install NeoEE patch www.neoee.net

Unfortunately, i have tried the NeoEE patch, it has been unsuccessful...

If i am not mistaken , EE Complete does NOT need to cracked or updated in any way other than with the neoEE.com patch. Reinstal without CD Crack and save-ee updates, neoee patches only. Hope this helps and that it works for you.

Sadly, that was not the problem either...
It still does the same exact thing...

Possible that your hardware or modern drivers are not compatible with EE anymore. Windows 8 has few to no compatibility with EE.

I'm having the same problem, but only with EEC...AoC runs fine.

my dad got a new laptop with windows 8 on it. he used Xootles EE installer. At first try it didnt work, (crack didnt apply.) reinstalled it and it works like a flaw.
