Please dont. You'll likely ruin the games with unbarable lag.

Yes you can play trought 3g conection.
I know one guy who uses in ee 3g and he can load everyone even a lager and games are without lag.
But almost always wifi, 3g, 4g, etc are worse, because some countries got bad straming equipment, and you must have same strenght equipment to send back signals to station.
I was in germany and that conection shit brix omg so lag loading pages so long.
Test few games with 8 players on mobile conection then chose what to use.
I got 00.5ms latency in mobile conection and we got best average wireles speed latency and signal strenght (in cities) in whole world
