Tributes in Singleplayer

As the subject already points out. I am really just playing the singleplayer of EE. I am doing the Roman campaign but get stuck where I have to send tributes to mister greek. But the bars seem to be missing to even select tributes. I am reading that I have to downpatch the game again, is that true ? Please help, I love that game so much

Get the neoee patch from neoee.net. It doesn't only have tributes, but it's also the patch everyone is using to play multiplayer.
