instead of having to whisper someone can u create a feature so u can IM them?

Isn't whispering some1 IMing them? When you whisper someone you are sending them an Instant Message (IM). If your asking for a pop up window.. idk that seems to be outside the scope of the lobby imo but it would be a nice way to clean up the clutter in the chat box. This could also be done by adding tabs in the chat box window, but then again is this really needed or are we just wasting peoples time, to program stuff like this when there are more high priority items on the agenda like ahem ***fixing eco glitch*** ahem. My 2 nickels.

i understand there are more important things to consider about but having a IM pop-up window seems a cool feature to have

interesting. Turn the notes tab into a PM box.
