If possible maybe post record peak users on the lobbyclient for like all time, month, week, day etc, so when people come on at wrong times and see 20 people they dont just go hey its dead and log off. I saw 153 on over this weekend which is incredible

There might be something to this idea. If you could post a weekly peak player at log n or above userlist it may in fact show people who may not know otherwise that there are more players on that what appears at any given moment. I like the idea if it's easily done.

I'll consider adding the user counts to the server logs in the future and then graphing the results after doing some sampling. Keeping an actively updating database would take a while to code and that's simply time I don't have during semesters.

Good idea. I'd be also be very interested in the "unique" player count. The number of unique IDs that join the lobby over a given period, say a week.
