Does anyone have full version of this tool?
If not, we need to look at making another tool to accomplish this.

He means the EE Multiplayer Map Tool, you can find it on EE Heaven.
If you have a multiplayer template, you can rename the slots by using www.neoee.net/scen
It has a little bug still I will fix later, so in order to make it playable, you also have to rename the players inside the scen editor.
