ee wont start

i get a error like this

click on OK to terminate the program"

the link doesnt really help me at all i new to all this. when i open up direct x i dont see an area they are talking about

memory access error mean most u have no rights for use the memory (most software problem) or ur memory is real defect, thats all

or u use a 64 bit OS and a 32 bit software, sry i cant more remember on this, hope it help,

and use Admin rights, it help most

ive tried admin rights and still got the same problem. i have a 32 bit pc. i have run game like aoe and rct on this pc with no problems

follow Ghosts hint, change the graphic hardware accelerating, maybe this is the problem
sry dono where , most diffrent place on diffrent OS

i have found where graphic hardware accelerating is and move the ticker around and still have the same problem
