I'm not too sure but it seems like he lost most of cits at start 2:42 f11-4:04 but he reached a 36 cits cap and gathered only 120 food, it's Mid SH

~ 10 citz loss making it a total of 46 citz, 120+800 = 920.
Let's assume he got cit cr. 26 * 40 is 1040. Means a cheat of 120.

i count 7 cits lost. and im not convinced at all hes glitched. if u give me the saved game i could do the maths properly but based on what u have here there is no way of telling if he has indeed glitched. for all u no he has slavery in hes civ and killed 20 cits. and hes up on cits that way.
i might be wrong. but since when did u require a hero in order to obtain the benefits of slavery
edit: the screen you showed us doesn't even contain the hero. so even if what u said was true we are still oblivious to whether or not a hero was made.

post the save and ill review it and tell u whether or not he actually glitched. it looks like he could of, i mean cr and or slavery in a ca civ isnt likely but cant be ruled out.
problem is when white starts to lose cits, his timeline for cits steepens, which could look exactly like slavery. I doubt he had both cr and slavery tho but thats another story

doesn't slavery count as conversions.... he got 0 conversions. And assuming he used the first cit-drop to make a town center, it's 5. + i count 3 ups and downs after that. making 8.
So 36+8 citz is 44. minus 20 is 24. 24*40 is 960 even tho he had 920. So unless the first 5 weren't a tc but actually a loss of 4. then he could be exactly at 920.
